Over the years, we have built and refined our own jewelry production factory, specializing in both bespoke custom pieces and bulk order, while staying attuned to the latest fashion trends with our contemporary collections.

Design

Every piece starts with an idea.
Our design team works closely with clients to understand their vision, market, and brand identity. Through creative sketches and style discussions, we transform inspiration into precise jewelry concepts that balance aesthetics, structure, and wearability.

3D Modeling

Once the design is confirmed, our 3D team bring it to life using advanced CAD software.
We build accurate 3D files that define every detail — from gemstone size and setting depth to metal thickness — ensuring that the final piece is both visually stunning and structurally sound.

Master Model Refining

Every piece starts with an idea.
Our design team works closely with clients to understand their vision, market, and brand identity. Through creative sketches and style discussions, we transform inspiration into precise jewelry concepts that balance aesthetics, structure, and wearability.

Rubber Mold Making

To reproduce designs efficiently and accurately, our team creates high-quality rubber molds from the refined metal master model.
Each mold is carefully pressed and vulcanized to capture every intricate detail, ensuring consistent replication during mass production.

Wax Injection & Refining

Molten wax is injected into the rubber mold to form delicate wax models — the foundation of every jewelry piece.
After demolding, each wax model is meticulously inspected and refined by hand to remove excess wax, smooth the surface, and restore fine details before tree assembly.
This ensures every casting starts with a flawless base.

Tree Assembly & Lost-Wax Casting

Individual wax models are carefully mounted onto a central sprue to form a casting tree. The wax tree is encased in a heat-resistant investment material, then melted away to leave a precise cavity for metal.
Molten metal is poured into the mold, creating exact replicas of the original wax models.
This traditional technique, combined with modern precision, guarantees highly detailed and structurally sound jewelry pieces.

Polishing

After casting, each piece undergoes meticulous polishing to remove any surface imperfections.
Our skilled artisans ensure a smooth, flawless finish, highlighting the metal’s natural shine and preparing the jewelry for stone setting or plating.

Stone Setting

Gemstones are precisely set using a variety of techniques based on client requirements, including traditional hand-setting, modern automated methods, and wax-inlay setting.
The choice of method depends on the design and production volume, ensuring every stone is securely placed while achieving optimal visual appeal for the finished piece.

Plating & Quality Inspection

Finished pieces can be plated with a variety of metals, including gold, rose gold, white gold, rhodium, and platinum. We also offer custom plating solutions tailored to client specifications, including color and thickness adjustments, to meet different brand standards. Every jewelry piece undergoes rigorous quality inspection before shipment.
